Cohesive is a family owned and operated, design and construction business with the head office based in Christchurch and 7 branches South Island wide. Cohesive in name, cohesive in nature, we pride ourselves in delivering unparalleled projects and uncompromising quality in every project we undertake.

We employ over 100 staff including, quantity surveyors, architectural technicians, designers, builders, foremen, project managers and other industry professionals who collaborate on every new build.

Cohesive is the sole distributor of Wide Span Sheds in the South Island, with a wide range of pre-engineered cold-rolled steel buildings all using New Zealand made steel. Constructing over 200 buildings a year, you can feel confident in knowing that you are building with a professional and experienced team who understand the materials and building methods they are presenting.
