Established in Christchurch in 2011, BBQs Direct is a specialist BBQ and outdoor-cooking retailer built on trust, quality and down-to-earth service, with team members who have hands-on experience with nearly everything they sell. Their Sydenham store carries built-in and hooded gas BBQs, charcoal, pellet and portable grills, outdoor kitchens, smokers, and Ooni and Gozney pizza ovens, plus rubs, sauces, charcoal, pellets and smoking woods — and, drawing on 20-plus years in home heating, a range of heaters too. True to a philosophy of not selling anything they wouldn't use themselves, they hand-pick their range and back the local community, sponsoring competitive BBQ and sports teams and the Dirt Flirt racing team at Ruapuna Speedway.
