Auld Farm Distillery

Auld Farm Distillery is a premium New Zealand distillery based in Southland that grows its own grain on farm to use in its single malt whisky and curious range of spirits. A true farm-to-bottle operation, every drop is grounded in the terroir of the deep south — from the soil up to the still, the distillery has end-to-end control over flavour and provenance.

The range spans single malt whisky, gins and other small-batch spirits, all crafted in small quantities with the careful attention only a farm distillery can give.
